We are pleased to offer your player a roster spot on the NEPA Elite Volleyball Club 2026 season. Welcome to NEPA Elite Volleyball Club 

At NEPA Elite Volleyball Club (NEPA), we are committed to excellence, integrity, character, perseverance, and the highest caliber of team play and sportsmanship. We recognize that each- and-every time NEPA teams take the court, and our parents take the sidelines, that pledge is on display. To achieve our goals, NEPA’s training programs are designed to be strenuous, challenging, and test the abilities and spirit of each individual and team, but in an age- appropriate manner and in adherence with AAU/USAV Youth Volleyball guidelines.

Travel Club practices will be held for two hours, two days a week, starting in November. Tournament are on the weekend. 

By agreeing to accept an offer to play with NEPA, a player is committing to give his or her best effort at all times and to participate in every event scheduled by the team. That promise greatly enhances the opportunity for each player to reach his or her full potential, and for players and teams to flourish in a competitive environment.

Please read the following rules and guidelines for players and parents. Upon registering online, you will be able to electronically agree to the terms of this offer letter, the Financial Policy, Parent Code of Conduct,. Accepting a roster spot with a NEPA  team means that you agree with all items contained in this commitment letter.

I am pleased to inform you that the price for this season includes everything from the uniform packet to tournaments, facility fees for practice, and coaching fees. However, please note that certain expenses such as the nationals team, which does not cover coaching fees, hotels, transportation, food, and additional tournaments added for the National team are not included in the initial price that will be additional fee that is split up amongst the national players.  

To make the payment process more manageable for all our members, we are offering the flexibility to set up a payment plan that works best for your needs. This will allow you to spread out the costs over a period of time, making it easier for you to budget and plan accordingly.

Acceptance of Offer, Commitment, and Team Registration:

Acceptance of this offer and commitment for the 2026 Season must be made by August 1 2025. To accept the offer and commit to NEPA, please register using the link provided.

Travel Club Fees: for Each player successfully making a team will be paid the club fee. The teams will be selected from tryouts. Players will practice 2 days a week. Plus league skills practice will be available to them.   Play in 4 to 8 tournaments any more tournaments will be an Additional fee added on, which could include multi-day tournaments could happen. 

Club fee must by payed in full by January 1, 2026 any payment after January 1 will be a $25  late payment per week.

• Lodging expenses for all players and parents 
• Transportation expenses to and from tournaments traveled by car or airplane
• Supplemental tournaments  
• Private Lessons with NEPA Elite Coaches .
• Elite Summer Camp and Additional Camps or Rec League. 
• Missing/Lost Gear or Broken (Additional costs)

If qualified for AAU National.....

• It's selected to National Team for AAU volleyball tournament  the following items would need to be covered the  tournament entry for National's Coaches fees extra .

•  extra fee around $800-1500 per player.

Practices: will be held on Monday and Thursday evenings, or alternatively on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Scrimmages and tournaments will take place on weekends. Days and times are subject to change. The practice times are: 

4PM-5:30PM

5:30PM-7:30PM

7:30PM-9:30PM.
