The practice squad program is an effort to afford opportunities to the players who may not be ready for the time (or financial) commitment of a full club team. Many players miss out on the club ball training experience because of other sports and activities. This is a great solution for the players who can’t commit to a club travel team.

Practice Squad a concept that we implemented this season after the requests of parents/players to train more consistently throughout the season than what sporadic clinics could offer but without the traveling required of club volleyball.

For ages 10-18 years old. All levels but geared toward those preparing for school volleyball as training is more intense, including agility/conditioning. Players will practice twice a week for 1.5 hours each practice (total of 30+ practice hours). There is NO TRYOUT required. Simply sign up & show up!  Practice Squad from Nov 19- Feb 29  $500.

Practices will be Tuesdays and Thursday 4-5:30PM

Each group will have a knowledgeable coach. Players will practice as a group, mostly participating in skills drills but there will also be competition drills to gain “game-like” experience.
