Playing time policy

Our Volleyball Club competes in the same competition as the majority of local clubs. Volleyball is a position-specific sport, meaning that playing time may vary based on players' positions and court rotations.

It is important to note that NEPA Elite VBC does not guarantee equal playing time on any team. The decision on playing time is ultimately up to the coach. If a player has an unexcused absence during the season, it may significantly impact their playing time at upcoming tournaments.

While all athletes are expected to participate at each event, it is unlikely that even playing time will occur and should not be assumed. If there are any concerns or questions regarding playing time, we encourage players and parents to address the issue with the coach within 48 hours after the last tournament.

In the event that a team qualifies for a playoff, most coaches will prioritize playing to win. This means that playing time may be further adjusted based on game strategy and performance.
