Travel Club Fees
Players who are successfully selected from tryouts and offered a roster spot will be required to pay the full club fee for participation in the Travel Club program.
Teams are selected based on tryouts. Once placed, players will:
- Practice 2 days per week
- Have access to additional league skills practices
Teams will participate in 4–6 tournaments during the season.
Any additional tournaments beyond this number will require an additional fee. Some tournaments may be multi-day events.
Important Payment Notice
If you are selected and offered a spot on a Travel Club team, you will have 7 days from the date of the offer to submit your first payment.
This payment is required to secure your roster spot for the 2025 club season.
Failure to submit payment within the 7-day window may result in forfeiture of your spot.
Payment Schedule
- First payment: Due within 7 days of offer
- Second payment: Due 30 days after first payment
- Third payment: Due 15 days after second payment
The full club fee must be paid by January 1, 2026.
Any payments made after January 1 will incur a $25 late fee per week.

2026 Club Package Includes
- Weekly practices
- Travel teams practicing 2 times per week
- Team tournament entry fees
- Uniform package
- Shared practice equipment
- Coaches’ fees for practices and tournaments
- Media Day event
Not Included in Club Fees
The following are not covered by the club fee:
- Governing body volleyball memberships (KRVA, AAU, JVA — required annually)
- Parent, family, or guest entry fees into tournaments
- Special event offerings
- Lodging expenses for players and parents
- Transportation to and from tournaments (car or airfare)
- Supplemental or optional tournaments
- Private lessons with NEPA Elite coaches
- Elite Summer Camp, additional camps, or recreational leagues
- Replacement costs for missing, lost, or broken gear
Nationals Team – Additional Expenses
If a team qualifies for AAU Nationals and a player is selected for the Nationals Team, the following additional costs apply:
- Nationals tournament entry fee
- Coaches’ travel expenses, including:
- Coach airfare
- Coach lodging
- Coach daily fees
Estimated additional cost: $1,000–$1,500 per player, in addition to the standard Travel Club fee.
Participation may also include:
- 2–4 additional tournaments added to the season prior to Nationals
Payment plans are available.

Practices: will be held on Monday and Thursday evenings, or alternatively on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Scrimmages and tournaments will take place on weekends. Days and times are subject to change. The practice times are:
4PM-5:30PM
5:30PM-7:30PM
7:30PM-9:30PM.

Failure to make this payment within the specified time frame may result in the forfeiture of your spot in the Travel Club.
We also offer practice squad if not selected to a travel team this is also offered to people who do not want to travel but would like to continue practicing over the winter.

Girls & Boys Volleyball Club Refund Policy
By accepting an offer to participate in NEPA Elite Volleyball Club, the player and parent/guardian agree to the full financial obligation of the club fee for the entire season. Once teams are formed, club funds are immediately allocated toward uniforms, tournament entry fees, travel expenses, coaching costs, and other operational expenses.
Refunds will not be issued for any of the following reasons, including but not limited to:
- Scheduling or personal conflicts
- Team placement or coaching assignments
- Amount of playing time
- Injury or illness at any point during the season
All club fees are NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason, even if a player quits, is suspended, or becomes injured during the season.
Tryout & Open Gym Fees
- Club tryout fees and open gym fees are non-refundable.
- If a player registers and pays for an open gym session but cannot attend the scheduled date and time, they may request a transfer to another open gym session, provided space is available.
- No refunds or credits will be issued once tryout or open gym fees have been paid.
Payment Obligation
All Club players are required to remit club fees according to the payment schedule set by their club/team. Failure to pay all outstanding balances by the end of the club season may result in the Club Director pursuing all legal means necessary to collect payment, including but not limited to the use of a collection agency.
