2026 Travel Club Season.
Welcome to NEPA Elite Volleyball Club, where athletes thrive! Our expert coaching, dynamic training sessions, and vibrant community create the perfect environment for improvement and enjoyment in volleyball.
Travel Club Fees: for Each player successfully making a team will be paid the club fee. The teams will be selected from tryouts. Players will practice 2 days a week. Plus league skills practice will be available to them. Play in 4 to 8 tournaments any more tournaments will be an Additional fee added on, which could include multi-day tou

NOTICE: If you have been selected to join the Travel Club and offered a spot, please be advised that you have 7 days from the time of offer to make your first payment. This payment is necessary to secure your spot in the 2025 club season.
Failure to make this payment within the specified time frame may result in the forfeiture of your spot in the Travel Club.
First Payment with in 7 days of offer.

Club fee must by payed in full by January 1, 2026 any payment after January 1 will be a $25 late payment per week.
2026 Club Package Details
- Weekly Practices
- Travel Teams: 2 times per week
- Team Tournament Entry Fees.

- Coaches' fee for practice and tournament.

NOT Included in your club fee: Governing Body Volleyball memberships
- KRVA AAU and JVA required each season.
- Parents/Family or Friends Entry into Tournaments
- Special Event Offerings
- Lodging expenses for all players and parents
- Transportation expenses to and from tournaments traveled by car or airplane
- Supplemental tournaments
- Private Lessons with NEPA Elite Coaches .
- Elite Summer Camp and Additional Camps or Rec League.
- Missing/Lost Gear or Broken (Additional costs)
Nationals Team Extra Expenses
If qualified for AAU National.....
- It's selected to National Team for AAU volleyball tournament the following items would need to be covered the tournament entry for National's
-Coaches' Expenses in the following
- Coaches flight
- Coaching lodging
- Coaches fee per day.
- Extra fee per player around $1,000 to $1,500 per player. on top of the travel club fee you already paid.
- 2-4 more tournaments add on to the season before nationals.
Payment plans are available.

We also offer practice squad if not selected to a travel team this is also offered to people who do not want to travel but would like to continue practicing over the winter.

Girls & Boys Volleyball Club Refund Policy
- When you accept an offer to participate, you accept the financial obligations for the entire club fee for that season. When teams are comprised, monies immediately go directly into uniforms, tournament entry, travel and other fees.
- Refunds will not be given to any players who choose not to play because of conflicts, team or coaching assignments, or an individual’s amount of playing time or for any injuries at anytime during the club season.
- All Club Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE for ANY reason, even in the event that your daughter/son quits, is suspended or injured at any point in the season.
- Club Tryout fees and Open Gym Fees are non-refundable. If a player registers and pays for an Open Gym session and they cannot attend that day and time they can request we transfer their registration to another open gym day and time if it is not full. But there are not any credits or refunds once Club tryout fees or open gym fees are paid for.
A Junior Club player must remit all club fees as specified by their Club/Team, within the club’s scheduled time frame. If fees are unpaid at the end of the Club’s season, the Club Director may use any legal means necessary to obtain payment, i.e. collection agency.
