With our one-on-one training program, we will work with you to create a training plan that focuses on developing your skills, such as passing, hitting, and blocking,  as well as conditioning  We understand every player is unique and we're here to give you tailored instruction to help you stand out on the court.

1 Lesson  = $50.00 per player/per hour

With our group training program you will focus on the benefits that come with training in a team environment. We will focus on drills and exercises to simulate actual gameplay giving players the opportunity to put their skills into practice. This is a great option for teams or groups of friends to work together and improve their teamwork and skill.
